We want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products if they don't meet your hair goals. Please note that items must be at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your items in the original box if possible, ensuring the contents are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
